Simple wrist warmers with a decorative cable that suits both the beginner and the more experienced knitter.
They are a quick knit and are excellent as gift, because no one can ever get to many wrist warmers!
Yarn: Drops silk alpaca, 80g.
The amount of yarn can be varied by changing the cuff length.
My wrist worms are knitted in color 7403.
Needles: 5mm (US 8)dpns and a cable needle.
Size: The ribbing makes the wrist worm flexible, but I think they are best fitted if your wrist measures 16-17cm (6-7 inches). If you want to make them smaller or larger it’s easy to add or remove four stitches from the ribbing part.
Other materials needed: A piece of scrap yarn and a sewing needle.
